Refund policy

The revocation period is uniformly 14 days throughout Europe and usually begins with receipt of the goods, but not before instruction about the right of revocation (§ 356 para. 2 and 3 BGB). In the absence or incorrect revocation instruction, the right of revocation now expires no later than 12 months after the expiry of the actual revocation period.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must expressly declare to the seller. He can use the withdrawal form to be provided by the merchant for this purpose.
